Up left, MoriEiji and his friend mirror-san (seriously, who nicknames himself "Sexy"? XD) and Tuti and Daiki observing, next to it Tuti and Nagayan being happy and stuff (I've spent way too much time with Tuti/Nagayan people

Then a random Urahara and next to it a piccie of Near, Mello and L (alphabet cocktail it is) that I really want to finish one of these days.
Down, Izuru and Gin having some wintery fun and Aizen-sama... well, yeah, and Aizen-sama.
