Sketchy Latvia

I wanted to submit something more politically correct after the last deviation and as I'm still in the middle of making those Artist's Alley chibis (I'm starting to consider submitting them as they're finished instead of as one deviation though) I found this sketchy Latvia. I think I should start submitting more of these carefree "not-made-with-a-stick-up-my-butt" drawings so my DA wouldn't be so empty.

Latvia originally had Estonia accompanying him, but I wasn't happy with how he turned out so erased him.

I seem to like drawing them in this greatly troubled way as this kinda reminds me of the Russia picture I once submitted. Can you tell I like characters with bags under eyes?
