APH: chibi Finland

Chibi Finland from Axis Powers Hetalia for Artist's Alley purposes, with a possibly temporary background as I originally wanted him to have a background with the same idea as England's but it didn't really work out, will keep playing with it and see what happens.

So yeah, maybe I was planning to submit all chibis at once but I'm kinda sick of coloring chibis at the moment and I was getting tired of looking at this (as well as a certain Poland chibi but that one's kinda cheap so maybe I'll post that with something else). Those are boxes of salmiakki btw, wasn't quite sure if they look enough like that.
